Games to play with friends on one phone
· Avinash Kumar
Cowboy Duel runs on iPhone. The game is available in English, German, Arabic and Chinese.
Not everyone has the same game installed, and nobody wants to spend ten minutes setting up. One phone and a game you can pass around solves both.
What works on one phone
- Reaction games: each player takes a turn, the best time wins.
- Quiz and word games: one asks, the others answer.
- Forehead guessing games: the phone on your forehead, the group gives clues.
- Drawing games: draw, pass, guess.
A quick-draw tournament on one phone
With Cowboy Duel:
- Each player does one practice round in DRILLS.
- Three rounds each in FREE FIRE. Write down the best time.
- Top two go to a final: best of three.
- False starts count as a lost round.
Everyone watches the draws, which is half the fun.
